Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy:
Once you place an order, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our efficient ordering process ensures your order is swiftly processed and shipped. Due to the high volume of orders we manage, cancellations are not possible once your order has been submitted. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

Returns and Health & Safety:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns based on satisfaction. We also cannot accept returns for items that pose a health risk or have been in contact with skin or bodily fluids (such as saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and are not resellable. Examples of non-returnable items include but are not limited to:

• Any dildo or vibrator
• Any lingerie
• Any enema kits
• Any item that pierces the skin
• Any item intended for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion
• Any harness/dildo combination

We also do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. If your item is eligible for return, it must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue. We offer exchanges for defective items within 7 days of the delivery date.
