HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED?

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the shipping method you select (standard or expedited), The weight and dimensions of your package and the delivery destination. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

IS YOUR PACKAGING DISCREET?

Yes, every order is shipped in plain generic packaging.

WHAT IF I RECIEVED THE WRONG ITEM OR DIDN'T RECIEVE MY FULL ORDER?

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered or are missing part of your order, we will correct the issue at no cost to you. Please email us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will exchange it for the correct item.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to high volumes of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel or make adjustments to an order once it's been submitted. Please order carefully.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective item, you have two options:

  • • Contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty policy.
  • • If it is within 14 days of receiving the item, contact us for an exchange. Please include the following information: order number, item description and a description of the defect.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
